I have officially become someone who doesn’t “like” cigarettes anymore. But once I decided to take the book seriously, I started reading it again and it worked. Sometimes you can see the wheels turning, but that doesn’t detract from the book’s effectiveness either. Remember: there is no such thing as just one cigarette.
